As an organization that advocates awareness, Alopecia Philippines focuses on educating the community about Alopecia. AP encourages to promote awareness so friends, families, coworkers, classmates, neighbours can understand the condition better. Our organization is also geared towards creating community engagement programs and activities that gives opportunities for individuals to support and participate in our advocacy.

Abby Asistio
She is a singer songwriter who released the modern Kundiman songs Maria Clara, Sarung Banggi and Ang Tangi Kong Pag-ibig. She is also an Alopecia Awareness and woman empowerment advocate who passionately uses her story and music to inspire others to embrace their beauty and uniqueness. She came out bald in 2012 and released her song 'Beautiful to commemorate her journey.

She is an Advocate of Mental Wellness. She is a certified International Life Coach, a practitioner of Points of You Creative Tools and Training for Development, and a Jay Shetty Genius Coaching Group member. She is an active TV & radio resource speaker for life transformation and conducts personal life coaching.
